Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, that period may be extended by two months. In the event of an extension of that period, De Leiding BV will inform you here one month after receipt of the request.
If De Leiding BV does not comply with your request, De Leiding BV will always inform you in its response about the possibility to file a complaint with a supervisory authority and to file an appeal with the court.
We have developed technical and organizational security measures to prevent the destruction, loss, falsification, alteration, unauthorized access or accidental notification to third parties of personal data collected as well as any other unauthorized processing of this data. Under no circumstances can De Leiding BV be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect or unlawful use of the personal data by a third party. You must comply with the safety regulations at all times, including any unauthorized access to your computer and smartphone.
